# Shipping & Returns
## Shipping
– We deliver nationwide across the Philippines.
– **Standard items** are dispatched within 2–5 business days of a cleared order.
– **Bulky / heavy units** (large fans, roof ventilators) may ship by freight or our own delivery — we’ll confirm the delivery arrangement and any freight cost after you order.
– **Local pickup** is available at our Manila office by appointment.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary with location, weather and courier capacity. We’ll keep you updated on your order status by email or phone.
## Made-to-order / fabricated fans
Custom-engineered units are produced to your specifications after a confirmed quotation and order. Lead times are quoted per project and begin once your order and any required payment are cleared.
## Returns & replacements
– Please inspect your items on delivery. Note any visible damage or shortage on the delivery receipt and report it to us **within 2 days of receipt**.
– **Resale items** in original, unused condition and packaging may be returned within **7 days** of delivery. Return shipping is for the buyer’s account unless the item was defective or incorrect.
– **Defective or incorrect items** will be repaired, replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
– **Made-to-order / custom-fabricated units are non-returnable** once production has started, except for manufacturing defects covered by warranty.
## Warranty
Manufacturing defects are covered under warranty. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or normal wear.
